SOUTH STREET SEAPORT MUSEUM gets a helping hand at the national level.
US Representative Jerrold Nadler – in whose district the Museum is located – announced on Aug. 13, 2015 that $10.4M in federal funds have been obtained through a FEMA grant to assist the Seaport Museum which has struggled to recover from the damage caused by Hurricane Sandy in 2012.
